DeleteAs per cancellation policy(bus ticket booking page) we should get 90% cash back. attaching screen shot for canlletion policy on your bus ticket portal. This is not our problem that on paytm portal shows different cancellation policy and apply another.

ReplyDeletenever shop from paytm because if by anychance u need a cust care service they will never provide. they don't have any phone no. where u can talk one to one for any issue. they are accessible only through mail & hardly sort out any issues even through mail. they don't provide with detailed statements for all your shopping credits & debits. so it becomes difficult to keep a track on all your shopping & expecting cust. service from them is- reaching God is easy then to reach anyone at Paytm.

ReplyDeleteI tried to rechaege my Idea#8805679296 with Rs 586/-. Recharge was failed and amount is deduced from my bank a/c.
I click on refund option but still it is not refunded. I have complained 5 times but nobody is replying me.
I will wait for next 2 days to get the issue resolved other vise I will register the FIR against PayTM.

I have to inform you that i placed a order on dated 22.04.2015 order No. r# 919565365, Wednesday, April 22, 2015 15:08:10 against which Rs.4095 had been paid by me & it is promised by paytm that the order will be delivered by April 27' 2015 but the order under reference has been cancelled from your end on dated May 01' 2015 it is informed that the merchant Galaxyfw is unable to deliver my order of Woodland Camel Casual Shoes (Size-7.5) due to unavoidable circumstances and the amount is refunded to my paytm account & assured that amount can also transfer back in my bank account and i proceeded as per the directions. But inspite of passing such a long time said amount has not been credited to my bank account till date i.e. May 27' 2015 inspite of may my various E-Mailed to paytm on the said issue. Nor any one from Paytm side resolved the issue neither any one from paytm side ready to attend telephone call on the issues. You are again requested to look in the matter & resolve the same.

i had recharge on my number 7736692224(vodafone) to see paytm brows plan@rs. 38 for all india calls 40p/mnt with validity 28days but after recharge i got sms from vodafone that plan was 1p/sec. that means paytm plan was fake .

While speaking he instruct me to open new paytm account on my another mobile No 9717327780 and by unknowingly I told my ATM CVC No then by this he transferred my bank balance Rs 5000/- to his account details as given below
(I) Rs 2,000/- on POS PayTm 97998 at Paytm txn No 006115
(II) Rs 3,000/- on POS 470000000218923 at PayTm mobile solutions txn No 799496
Due to this I had blocked my ATM card and now suffering from No money in my pocket.
There is another transaction from my Paytm wallet of Rs 5,000/- transfered to some Mr Arav Kapur by using OTP 101289.
Now please anyone tell me hw balance I have in my paytm wallet (Mobile No 8486038392 & email ID basha479zeelan@gmail.com).and when is this temporary block of my account is going to over and when can i use paytm again.
Finally Iam totally unsatisfied with the use of paytm and more unhappy the way paytm care there customer because my paytm is block from last three weeks and still u people are finding excuses than solving prblms.
