  13. I placed orders and paid for 3 items, with assured delivery from 19th to 23rd November.
    Today, the 16th of November I received a call to 9830489256 from an unidentified caller (08479906935) telling me that one of the aforesaid items (Felicita Women's Designer Bag) will be delivered shortly.
    Much later, I rang up the same number to learn that delivery will take place within next ten minutes. When nothing took place, I rang up again to ascertain the reason thereof. This time I was told that delivery will be delayed (in very rude and offensive tone). I told the person to deliver tomorrow before noon.

  17. I ordered some books through Amazon assuming it will be delivered on time but it never reached me and reason given is that addressee was not available. So convenient, if you cannot deliver than give any damm reason. Further on complaining it is not delivered again despite assurance.. Well done...

    Have a nice day, I Murugan, i was bought the Coolpad note 3 lite mobile on 30th of Jan 2016, below compliants getting suddenly.
    1. SIM 1 SLOT completely dead.
    2. Finger Print Access completely dead.
    3. Camera also completely dead.

    Please be note, I had spoke many times with coolpad customer care executive via telephone, they advised clearly right not service not able to give in chennai city. I totally upset last 10 days along with repair handset.

    I have placed order for Vivo Y51L (Black, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB) on 30/04/2016 I
    keeping calling you every single day to check the status on your website it
    give the courier service provider who is DTDC however there is no tracking
    number to track the device I call DTDC they ask for tracking number they
    blame amazon for it. Enough is enough I am filing a complete against Amazon

  32. Recently I ordered for Eukonuba Dog food # Kgs. pack. It was accepted and payment made through Card. But without my knowledge the same was cancelled and a SMS was sent to this effect crediting an amount of Rs.1200/.The SMS didinot say why it was cancelled if cancelled. Pl. clarify.

    your this kind of attitude gives us much trouble- as both our time & money is involved; you would say that refund would be made, but that is not the answer to my problem---
    if you don't have the items, you should not have taken the order & money & confirmed my order; after confirming you can't just cancel our orders citing some reasons......

  45. I bought an product from amazon but due to some fault in product ,i was going to get refund. I got cheque but name was differ so i asked for another cheque and here all it begins.
    I sent refund order from above 2 month but still i did not got my cheque for product remi note 3 (rs 9998). Every next day i contact to customer care i get one reply only "we have forwarded your request ,you will get tracking detail and cheque detail in 24-48 hours"

    I ordered Elegant Suare Shape Pen Holder for Rs. 362.33 along with other two products on June 9th, 2017 ( Order No. 402-2160362-8966757). As the product was damaged in transit, I sought return of the product. I completed all the formalities as directed and sent back the product through India Post. It has reached the said destination before the last date. Yet I have neither got any intimation nor any refund so far. If this is the state of affairs in Amazon, I, definitely, will have a second thought before ordering through Amazon.
