Much later, I rang up the same number to learn that delivery will take place within next ten minutes. When nothing took place, I rang up again to ascertain the reason thereof. This time I was told that delivery will be delayed (in very rude and offensive tone). I told the person to deliver tomorrow before noon.

As the product was damaged in transit, I sought return of the product. I completed all the formalities as directed and sent back the product through India Post. It has reached the said destination before the last date. Yet I have neither got any intimation nor any refund so far.
